PERSONAL INFORMATIONIn order to avail the Services offered by or on the Website and start investing, Users are required to register for an account and have to provide information and data (“Personal Information”) classified as ‘Sensitive Personal Information’ under Regulation 3 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”).
